Goals are important to me. They motivate me and writing them down gives me more focus and increases my intention to meet them. So, without further ado, here are my 2016 goals.
– 2-3 Rogaines
– Great Nosh Footrace (16k) <2hrs
– Turkey Trot (12k) <1:40
– 2 Metro League
– Goanna – medium
– Parkrun – regular sub-30’s
